The blades in the dark follow four friends with different ambitions. Three are being promoted by new entrepreneurs who smuggled in cash in Tirana, Albania, are planning to transform a forgotten bunker of war era into a modern new restaurant. The fourth is, however, a frantic person who wants to do whatever is needed to settle a dangerous debt with a ruthless local mafia chief. As the group is hunted one by one, the cooling history of the sawmill begins to unravel, revealing a twisted story of violence, revenge and madness. Without escape and nowhere to hide, friends must face the deepest fears and understand the truth before they become the next victims.
